Thank you for visiting our website! My name is Joe Petosa and I am the owner of Kleen Rite Kleener. Our company was established in the early 1960's by a gentleman named Wayne Smith. My Stepfather, Robert Scott purchased the business in 1972 and I took the business over in 1989.

We have a very good reputation in the HVAC industry and the majority of our work comes from referrals by many of the leading HVAC companies in Seattle who like our work very much. I am very proud and grateful for these established relationships.
We carry an A+ rating with the BBB and have an A rating with Angie's List.

Our work is performed using truck-mounted vacuums. The engine of the trucks power the huge vacuums and the compressors that supply up to 200 psi for cleaning. These trucks are considered the best in the industry.

Please don't be fooled by the companies out there that use unscrupulous business practices. There are some out there who use unrealistic prices to get in the door, and then try to sell you the moon with some very hard sales tactics. These companies usually have very poor ratings and have little integrity. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is!

We are very up front with our pricing and will never try to up-sell our services. We've been in business long enough to know that good work , fair price, and friendly, knowledgeable staff is what makes for happy returning customers.
